Bridgeport police say six people and two dogs were displaced Monday night after a two-alarm fire broke out on Kossuth Street Monday.

Officials said the blaze started around 10 p.m. and took about 90 minutes to knock down.

There were no injuries reported, and the American Red Cross is assisting with displaced residents and dogs.
