Southwestern Connecticut residents continue to dig out Tuesday from the snowstorm that blanketed the region a day earlier.
In Norwalk, businesses owners on Burnell Boulevard were shoveling their walkways to clear away the ice and make it safe for customers.
"We were looking through the window and saw a lady slip," says Richard Dileo, a local business owner. "She got up all right, but it's all ice there."
