Hundreds of people lined the streets of Stamford to view the city?s 13th annual St. Patrick?s Day parade Saturday.
The parade took place in the center of Stamford. Costumes, music and motorcycles were just some of the parade elements that drew so many people out.
Those who attended the parade had trouble deciding what their favorite part was. One parade attendee says the Irish dancers were the best, while another says the little Shriner cars take top place.
The one thing every parade goer seemed to agree on was that being Irish isn?t a prerequisite for celebrating. ?They say everybody?s Irish on St. Patrick?s Day,? Bristol resident James Connelly says.
Organizers say more than 80 groups marched in the parade.
