Stamford residents are getting a first look at one of the most
anticipated rebuilds in city’s history.
The 133,000-square-foot space called The Village is
now home to dozens of businesses, including office spaces, high-end restaurants and breweries.
Local business leaders visited the building for a networking event inside on Wednesday.
A Stamford developer says the space is designed to bring the Stamford community
together in a unique way and encourage more businesses to frequent the area.
Gov. Ned Lamont, who recently announced companies like Tomo and Philip Morris are coming to Connecticut, says he supports The Village's goal.
The space is officially opened
to the public.
