A subcontractor whose worker fell to his death in October faced a judge this morning in Stamford for allegedly not paying the man's wages.
Protesters greeted John Dosky, who owns American Building Group, at the Stamford courthouse.
Dosky was a subcontractor working on the Chelsea Piers site on Blachley Road in Stamford when Javier Salinas fell off a roof and died.
Dosky is accused of owing thousands of dollars in back wages to Salinas and his two brothers, who also worked there.
He showed up without a lawyer and says he is willing to pay the wages.
