A Stamford home suffered major damage after a fire early this morning.
Firefighters were called to the home on Camelot Court around 5 a.m.
Officials say one person was home at the time of the fire and got out uninjured.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury slipping on ice at the home.
They say The Red Cross was called in to assist in finding the resident temporary housing.
Firefighters say DEEP officials were also called after they had to use foam in fighting the fire.
