Garfield man tried to lure 2 children into his vehicle, prosecutor says

Johnathan Williamson, of Stamford, is facing charges for stealing copper plumbing fixtures from two Norwalk parking garages.

The thefts occurred on July 18 and 22 at the Yankee Doodle and North Water Parking Garages.

Williamson was already in custody on similar charges in a separate case when police arrested him earlier this week.
