Stamford Mayor Dan Malloy gave his final State of the City address Wednesday before embarking on a campaign for governor.
Malloy was mostly positive in his address, saying Stamford is positioned to not only survive the economic downturn, but to flourish in its aftermath. Malloy, who has been in office for 14 years, says he's proud of the changes that have been implemented under his watch.
"We became safer, added population in a state that loss population, added jobs in a state that lost jobs," Malloy says.
