Crews are still pumping out water from a Stamford parking garage where 100 cars were left nearly underwater.

The garage at The Wescott on Washington Boulevard had 8 feet of water. Since Wednesday's storm, city workers have been trying to pump out an estimated 1 million gallons of water.
