A manhunt is underway in Stamford for a registered sex offender who may be traveling with a 13-year-old girl.
Police say Scott Cogswell has been seen twice with the girl in the last week.
Investigators say he has led them on two chases but got away.
They believe the girl was on the back of a motorcycle both times.
