Lawmakers are heading back to the Capitol today to make some last-minute changes to Connecticut's controversial $40 billion budget.
The plan is to roll back some of the major business tax increases that had companies, including Fairfield-based General Electric, threatening to leave the state.
Revisions also include $15 million each year for hospitals who had threatened layoffs.
The budget was passed last month without a single Republican vote.
