State police make 35 DUI arrests this holiday season

State police released their calls for service around Connecticut this past holiday week.

State police released their calls for service around Connecticut this past holiday week. 
In total, state police say there were 6,700 calls for service, where nearly 300 of those calls were for assisting motorists.
Police say they responded to 458 accidents.
State troopers say they made 35 DUI arrests, wrote up 248 speeding tickets and issued nearly 800 hazardous moving violations.
