State police: Man shot while driving along I-95 Friday morning

State police did not receive any 911 calls about any shootings Friday morning, but they shut down I-95 between exits 22 and 24 in order to investigate. The highway was reopened just before 1 p.m.

A man drove himself to the hospital Friday morning after he said he was shot while driving on Interstate 95.
State police did not receive any 911 calls about any shootings Friday morning, but they shut down I-95 between exits 22 and 24 in order to investigate. The highway was reopened just before 1 p.m.
The man has injuries not considered to be life threatening, and police say his car has "body damage consistent in appearance with bullet holes."
Anyone with information is asked to call state police.
