State Police say in June, a driver had pulled over on South Britain Road in Southbury to make a phone call. They told police that the next thing they knew, their driver side window was smashed and they were bleeding.

A New Milford man has been arrested for a violent road rage incident in Southbury.
Glenn Tyler is charged with criminal mischief, breach of peace, and reckless endangerment.
State Police say in June, a driver had pulled over on South Britain Road to make a phone call.
They told police that the next thing they knew, their driver side window was smashed and they were bleeding.
An investigation determined Tyler was the suspect.
Police say the victim most likely cut Tyler off, resulting in the retaliation
