Prosecutors have formally objected to a request in the Jennifer Dulos case by defendant Michelle Troconis to move the case to a Hartford courtroom.
Troconis' attorney made the motion in February.

The state argued that New Canaan is the epicenter of all of the crimes surrounding the death of Jennifer Dulos, and should stay there.
Prosecutors also point out that Troconis never objected to the venue before, and argue that the request for the change is because it's an inconvenience for her and her new attorney, who is based out of Hartford.
A judge hasn't yet heard any arguments, because the pandemic has put the case on hold.
