The Connecticut Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by the parents of two victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting, claiming the school never ordered a lockdown.
The parents believe that could have saved lives.
An appeals court ruled this year that the town is protected by government immunity.
Officials say 20 children and six teachers were killed in that shooting.
