State lawmakers are heading to Hartford today for a special session to tackle the budget.



The session will start at 4:30 p.m. after a special opening where all the names of the children and adults killed in Newtown will be read.



Late last night, lawmakers finalized the details of a bipartisan plan to cover the projected $365 million deficit



Gov. Dannel Malloy has already ordered $170 million in spending cuts.
