The Stew Leonard's in Norwalk hosted its free annual trick-or-treating event.

More than 1,0000 children and parents took part in all the fun.

The event was held at the store's pumpkin patch due to renovations.

Officials said team members and mascots were there to hand out sweet treats.

Parents and children also got to enjoy a fun photo booth.

Organizers said more than 10,000 candies were given out.
