'Stop the Violence' rally held in Williamsbridge after 3-year-old was grazed by a bullet last weekend

A rally was held Tuesday evening in Williamsbridge after a 3-year-old boy was shot over the weekend. According to police, the child was hit in the shoulder and arm at 829 East 226th St. on Saturday.
