STORM WATCH: Quiet but cold start to Tuesday; tracking storm threat for Wednesday night

There is chances for snow and wintry mix on Tuesday, Wednesday, and this coming weekend.

It will be a quiet start to Tuesday with below normal temperatures.
Another storm approaches tomorrow night, but the track on this one looks just out of reach to bring a major impact to our area for Tuesday night and Wednesday.
The worst will be some light snow showers brushing Southern Fairfield County for a couple of hours at night. The weather will be clear for Wednesday morning.
The next storm hits slightly farther north and this will push snow northward again Wednesday night into early Thursday. The track of this storm will be closer and there is the potential to see more ice and even some plain rain at the end.
The weekend storm looks different than the last storm and there is a chance there could be some rain, as temperatures will really warm up.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy, snow showers late. High of 34.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Snow showers at night. High of 36.
THURSDAY: Early sleet/ice/rain. High of 43.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny. High of 34.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with snow to rain showers. High of 40.
SUNDAY: Rain showers, ending as some snow. High of 45.
MONDAY: Partly sunny, breezy. High of 29.
