The rain will gradually clear up later tonight. Watch out for icy spots when waking up tomorrow morning, as temperatures will be near freezing to start the day.
Thursday will be a dry day, but the same can't be said for Friday. Another weather system slides eastward for Friday morning, spreading some wet snow, ice and then eventually rain across western Connecticut. The wet snow and rain may cause some delays for the morning commute. The weather will clear by the afternoon.
The third system to head our way will be late over the weekend. There has been some increase in the confidence level of a coastal storm developing off the Mid-Atlantic coast Sunday into Monday. There are a lot of variables that come into play. Forecast models haven't been consistent on nailing down a track yet. There is the potential to see snow and even wind.
