A cold front will pass through the area mainly dry, but it will bring cooler temperatures, lower humidity and a breeze for Thursday.
There may be a pop-up shower Thursday with the heating of the day in the afternoon. High temperatures will be more seasonable with some lower 70s. Winds will be breezy and out of the northwest for the day. Look for gusts that can reach 20-25 mph.
Warmer temperatures briefly reappear for Friday, but then they drop again for Saturday. Expect to see more sunshine Friday with clouds and a shower chance late Friday and into early Saturday. Showers are more likely farther north at this point. The rest of the weekend looks sunnier and milder.
Early next week there is a chance of rain for Monday and Tuesday.
