STORM WATCH: Strong storms could move through Saturday

Damaging winds are the biggest threat with Saturday's storms.
A pop-up storm could be possible in the early hours before noon on Saturday.
As another system makes its way through the mid-Atlantic on Saturday, there is a chance we could see storms and rain again in the afternoon.
This second system will have its associated warm front lift across western Connecticut early Saturday, which brings our first round of possible rain and storms. Then we have another chance for storms in the afternoon with its associated cold front.
Saturday is a day to be weather aware. Don't leave the house without the umbrella!
By Sunday, weather conditions will improve behind the passing cold front.
Saturday night should feature fewer clouds, and we should get to see more sun on Sunday.
We can also briefly say "goodbye" to the heat and humidity on Sunday as temperatures and dew points fall to typical spring-like feels.
Although quiet, the wind will be breezy at times in the afternoon on Sunday and gusts will pick up throughout the day on Monday.
Monday will be a day with strong wind gusts, around 20-25 mph at times.
Tuesday will be another nice day.
SUNDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Low humidity and breezy at times. Highs in the low to mid-70s.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny. Wind gusts up to 25 mph, especially in the afternoon.
TUESDAY: Increasing clouds in the late day and breezy at times. Highs in the upper 60s.
WEDNESDAY: Cloudy and windy, with a chance of rain. Highs in the low 60s.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy. Chance of rain. Highs in the low 60s.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the low 60s.
