The weather caused a power outage that impacted over 600 people near Main Street in Trumbull. The power has since been restored.
Other communities experiencing outages include Westport, Stamford, Norwalk and Ridgefield.
Department of Transportation officials say drivers should take it slow this morning.
Eversource and United Illuminated both say they have crews on the roads and are prepared to respond to power outages.
