Sirloin Spoon Roast 
Sirloin cut 
Directions: 
Season meat in a baking dish                                                       
Place in oven uncovered and fat side up for 20 mins per lb
6lbs / 2 hrs
Remove from oven and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finish Temp=125 degrees
