Dozens of coastal roadways flood as winter washout batters CT
Dozens of coastal roadways were flooded due to a winter rainstorm Friday.
Penfield Beach in Fairfield saw a slight surge of water during high tide as waves crashed onto the beach.

Surrounding roadways near the coastline also saw flooding.
