A tractor-trailer rolled down an embankment Thursday injuring one person and backing up traffic on I-95 in Westport, police say.
The incident happened in the northbound lanes between Exits 18 and 19 around 5 a.m.
State Police say the right lane is shutdown near where the crash happened.
At least one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
There are reports of backups in the southbound lane near the crash but no other crashes have been reported.
Westport Fire officials say the tractor-trailer was leaking fuel and that the State Police, Departments of Energy and Environmental Protection, Transportation, Consumer Protection and private contractors are assisting in the clean-up.
Police say delays are expected because the truck rolled over down an embankment and needs to be cleared.
