2ds agoA Stratford man was arraigned Monday after he allegedly collided with a state trooper early Monday morning.
It happened on I-95 southbound near Exit 33 in Stratford shortly after 1 a.m.
Authorities say Jose Lopez-Oritz, of Bridgeport, was backing up on the Interstate in a gray Nissan when he hit the cruiser, then fled the scene.
