A Stratford man is facing multiple charges after police say he opened fire on a front yard after fighting with a neighbor about his dog.
It happened yesterday on Riverview Place.
Police say two neighbors got into an argument after their dogs started fighting.
They say it escalated when Anthony Ruelle, 22, threatened to shoot his neighbor's dog.
Police say Ruelle then fired four shots into his lawn.
Some of the charges he is facing include breach of peace and reckless endangerment.
