Stratford police reportedly say they have arrested a Bridgeport woman who has been selling a lethal form of heroin around town.

Published reports say Rebecca "Red Head" Concepcion, of Wood Avenue, was charged and released after posting bond.

Police reportedly say the arrest stems from from an investigation in August when they got a tip that the woman was selling heroin laced with Fentanyl, which has caused numerous overdoses and at least two deaths in the area.
