Stratford, Trumbull among towns to announce parking bans

Multiple towns across western Connecticut have announced parking bans to help with the street cleanup during and after the storm.
Trumbull's parking ban is already is in effect, starting Tuesday at 6 p.m.
Stratford is asking everyone to park on the odd side of the street starting today at 8 a.m.
Winchester is banning all on street parking beginning today at 12 p.m.
Check with your town to see what parking rules may already be in effect.
Winter storm warnings are in effect for northern Fairfield, northern Litchfield, northern New Haven, southern Fairfield and southern New Haven counties.
For extreme southeastern Fairfield County into southern New Haven County, 3-6 inches of snow is expected. Western Fairfield County and down to the coast could see as much as a half foot of snow, while everyone else north of the Merritt Parkway could see 6-12 inches. Extreme northern Fairfield County and all of Litchfield County could see 12-18 inches of snow.
