Students in Wilton laced up their walking shoes this morning to help raise money for their school.
Cider Mill Elementary School held it's 7th annual Walkathon fundraiser this morning.
Students in the third, fourth and fifth grade walked more than a mile at the high school stadium.
Each student has been soliciting donations since the start of the year to help fund PTA-sponsored school programs.
Organizers say they had raised about $28,000 as of this morning, but are hoping for a few last-minutue donations to help them reach their $30,000 goal.
