An opinion poll shows Gov. Dannel Malloy is the least popular sitting governor in the U.S.
According to a study by the Morning Consult, Malloy's approval rating sits at 23 percent, which is just four points higher than former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
Malloy is not running for re-election.
