Bridgeport police are asking for the public's help in finding a man seen on surveillance video acting suspiciously at an apartment complex.
The video from the Glenwood Apartment complex shows the suspect arriving at the complex before 3 a.m. on Feb. 18. He wore a mask and carried a backpack.
The man appeared to try to break into cars parked at the complex before leaving on a bicycle.
Police say it appears someone had tampered with lockers at the complex, but nothing was taken in this instance. Police Capt. Brian Fitzgerald says there's an "ongoing issue" where residents are complaining about thefts from their storage lockers without any sign of forced entry.
Police say the case is being investigated as a criminal mischief complaint.
Anyone with information is asked to call Bridgeport police.
