Livery cab drivers are breathing a sigh of relief as police announced Monday the arrest of a suspect involved in the Aug. 17 Livery cab shooting.
Inspector David Colon announced the arrest of Charles McDowell at an event Monday afternoon aimed at protecting Livery cab drivers from robbers. Police say they were able to nab the suspect of the shooting after he attempted another robbery early Monday morning.
In McDowell?s possession, Colon says, ? was a .25-caliber firearm that gun traces reveal is the same firearm that was used in the Livery cab homicide of Amadou Enjay.?
