One of three suspects charged in the murder of a Stamford mother is back in court today.
Police say 43-year-old Maxine Gooden was shot and killed in Lione Park back in November.
They say one of the suspects shot Gooden, then the three took off in a getaway car.
Deshawn Hayes is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and is back in court today. 
Morris Moore is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Johnel Telemin, the man accused of shooting Gooden, is charged with murder. 
They will be back in court later this month.
