A group of Stamford educators came together on Saturday to support a 3-year-old who is fighting for his life.
A tag sale was held on Byram Terrace Drive in Greenwich for a boy named Bryce. Friends of Bryce's family say that he has a congenital melanocytic nevus, a mole he was born with which has progressed into a brain tumor.
Members of the Stamford Board of Education who work with Bryce's mother came together to host the tag sale, trying to help cover some of Bryce's medical bills.
Even those who don't know Bryce came out to support the cause.
Organizers created shirts to raise funds for Bryce's journey, and also set up a donations page for him on the crowd-funding site GoFundMe.
