A 19-year-old is out on bond today after Fairfield police say she hit a 15-year-old in the head with a dumbbell during a fight.
Police arrested Patricia Reyes after the incident on Carthage Street Monday afternoon.
They say the victim had to get stitches for a cut on his forehead.
Police say Reyes claims the 15-year-old shoved her in her face.
