Two teens were arraigned Tuesday in a shooting that wounded three people over the weekend.
Police say 18-year-old Taivon Reed and 19-year-old Owen Hines opened fire during a family gathering on Anson Street Saturday night.
Investigators say two women were shot, and a 9-year-old boy was hit by a bullet fragment.
Police believe the shooting stemmed from a dispute at the home the night before.
They say all three victims were innocent bystanders.
Police say one of the women is still in serious condition at the hospital, but is expected to be OK.
