'Time will tell' - Gov. Lamont responds when asked if he would consider 'smoking a joint'

Gov. Ned Lamont's office says the the new bill legalizing marijuana will most likely be signed into law early next week - and now that the clock is ticking, News 12's John Craven asked the governor if he plans on partaking.

Gov. Ned Lamont's office says the the new bill legalizing marijuana will most likely be signed into law early next week - and now that the clock is ticking, News 12's John Craven asked the governor if he plans on partaking.
"Time will tell," Lamont says. "Not right now, but we'll see."
The law will make possession legal as of July 1. Sales won't be allowed until next year.
