A truck caused lane closures this afternoon as it hit a median along the Bruckner Expressway near Middletown Road. 

Officials at the scene say the truck driver said a van came in front of him, forcing him to swerve out of the way. The truck was launched over the median between the two lanes.

 

Officials say they don't believe there were any injuries.
