A menos de 24 horas del inicio de clases de escuelas públicas de la Ciudad de Nueva York aún quedan muchas preguntas que responder, como la posible huelga de autobuses escolares, la escasez de maestros y la sobrepoblación de salones ante más estudiantes inmigrantes.
