Connecticut State Police have now ruled a mysterious death in Bethany a homicide.
Investigators say the body of 27-year-old Joel Suero, of New Haven, was found along Wooding Hill Road, near Hoadley Road Sunday morning.
The chief medical examiner says Suero died from multiple gunshot wounds.
