Dramatic footage shows the moment a Willimantic coach is seen hitting a person with his car on Saturday.
State police said it happened at a girls youth basketball game at the Horace Porter School in the town of Columbia.

The youth coach was identified by police as Bryan Baez-Rivera. The victim has not yet been identified.
