Lamont: Connecticut to roll back to 'phase 2.1' Friday, indoor restaurant capacity back to 50%

Phase 2.1 will begin in Connecticut on Friday with plans to roll back on easing coronavirus restrictions, Gov. Ned Lamont announced Monday.
A judge has also denied an emergency request to suspend Lamont's requirement that children wear masks in school.
BRIEFING NOTES:
- Gov. Ned Lamont has listed modified Phase 2 goals - which include slowing community spread, protecting health care capacity, keeping schools and child care open and minimizing the economic impact.
- He says he's working with Rhode Island, Massachusetts and other states on guidelines for school sports.
- Lamont announced that restaurants will be going back to 50% capacity after being opened to 75%.
- Restaurants will also be required to close at 9:30 p.m. for indoor dining. Takeout and delivery will still be allowed after that time.
- Personal services (like hair salons) will remain at 75% capacity.
- Event venues will have limited 25 indoor or 50 outdoor seats.
- Lamont says religious services will be allowed 50% capacity or a max of 100 people.
