Family members of hostages taken by Hamas during a stunning terrorist attack over the weekend in Israel held a news conference on Tuesday in Tel Aviv.

Jonathan Dekel-Chen, a former Connecticut resident, spoke about his son, Sagui Dekel-Chen, who was living at a kibbutz and hasn't been heard from since the war started Saturday.

“We do not know what fate he met along with, as I said, dozens of other people from the kibbutz,” says Dekel. “And just so you understand, these aren't all 35-year-old men. These are children. These are aged people and everything in between.”

Sagui also has two daughters and his wife is pregnant with their third child.
