News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curran says a rainy situation overnight could turn snowy by morning. Give your self extra time in your morning routine to deal with possible slow downs.
NEW: Latest guidance suggests the overnight rain changes over to all snow. From Monday morning to early Monday afternoon the area could be looking at occasional snow showers. This changeover for a few hours could lead to some minor accumulations. Roads will be OK, but colder surfaces could see a quick coating.
NEXT: Quiet Monday night through Tuesday. Then we keep an eye on another storm that will bring snow to rain to the region. Snow will be limited depending on how quickly the snow changes over.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild. Highs in the 40s and lows near 30.
WEDNESDAY: Snow to wintry mix to rain. Highs near 40 and lows near freezing.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy and breezy with a few sprinkles or flakes.
FRIDAY: Sun and clouds. Highs in the 30s and lows in the 20s.
NEXT WEEKEND: Partly cloudy with some possible snow to end Sunday. Highs around 40.
