10h agoThe Cannoli Pie Company in Bridgeport is known for its Luigi's Famous Cannoli Pie, and it's about to get more famous with Stop & Shop selling its pies at over 400 stores across five states.
The company says it made about 500-600 pies Tuesday. Staff say due to the upcoming holidays, they go through an average of 4,000 pies a week.
They also say their pies are in about 80 stores.
The Cannoli Pie Company also has a cafe that's open every Saturday at their pie manufacturing building on Lincoln Avenue.
