Members of the Weston Fire Department and emergency medical services got the chance to participate in a unique training session last night.
They joined with Yale New Haven Hospital's Sky Health for a helicopter drill.
They practiced responding to someone who was critically hurt and needed to be taken to a trauma facility by helicopter.
They learned safety features, as well as how to load and unload patients efficiently.
