Weston High School officials are warning parents about a controversial game and urging students not to take part.
The game, called Assassin, involves students hunting each other down with a water gun. The last "surviving" student is declared the winner and gets money raised through the entrance fee.
Officials say the game is disruptive and potentially dangerous because it takes place in public in front of unsuspecting witnesses.
The principal at Weston High School sent the warning in a letter to all parents. The letter was then posted on the Weston Police Department Facebook page.
School officials say any students caught partaking in the game during any school-related activity could face consequences.
