FORECAST:
The warmer air arrives first, with some clouds and showers.
There is a chance to see them overnight and then again late tomorrow night, too. The good thing about the rain is that it will fall mostly at night, and the daytime should be dry.
Saturday will be the warmest day for the week, while temperatures will be cooler Sunday. With the front sagging southward, temperatures will get stuck in the 50s.
The front is forecasted to return northward again on Monday, so temperatures will rise once again and spike in the middle 60s, before dropping again early next week.
The best chances to see rain will be a few showers here and there the next few days, but they could be more widespread late Sunday and again on Monday. Stay with the News 12 Storm Watch Team for the latest on the weekend weather.
There will be a partial solar eclipse happening Saturday morning at sunrise, but with clouds in the area, this may be difficult to see. The solar eclipse starts before sunrise and the sun will rise in the eclipse, with the moon covering about 21% of the sun. The eclipse will end shortly after at 7:05 a.m. Best area to view will be a wide-open eastern horizon.
